Welcome to my home/website/blog, this is where you can find all you need to know about me, Gavin Insley. I’m a 26 year old freelance designer specialising in menswear graphic design and illustration. I’ve predominately been working in the trend prediction industry for the last 4 years, where I’ve acquired the useful, much needed and yet sometimes mystical skills of trend prediction – all done without the use of a crystal ball.
Through my site, you can view work I have produced for clients, for my own personal pleasure and also sketchbook entries. My main interest is t-shirt design and illustration. Since having specialized in men’s printed textiles at university I have been fascinated with the role of the printed tee in menswear design. I want to use this site/blog not only as a portfolio of work but also a hub of information based around printed t-shirt design. On the blog section you can keep up to date with new projects I am getting involved in, when I post new work on the site, and also any other information I think may be of interest to you.
